As our wedding coincides with University of Florida's Spring 2005 Commencement, guest will need to book their hotel rooms as early as possible.  Most (if not all) hotels are sold out months in advance due to graduation.

We have blocked out a few rooms at the Paramount Plaza for the night of April 30, 2005.  The rate for the room is $129.00.  If you are interested in reserving a room at the Plaza, please call reservations at (352) 377-4000 and tell them that you want to make reservations under the Roshani/William block.

If you would like to stay at another hotel, the link below gives you a list of hotels in the Gainesville area.  We recommend that you look for a hotel close to the University of Florida.  If you have any questions about lodging, contact either William or me, and we will try to answer you as best as we possibly can.

  • Exit 382, Williston Road and head east.
  • Go 2.0 miles; turn left (north) onto SW 13 Street.
  • Go 0.7 miles; turn left onto SW 14 Drive.

  • Exit northbound onto 13 Street.
  • Go 1.2 miles; turn left (west) onto Archer Road.

If you would like to request a song(s) for the DJ to play at the wedding please visit the web site, Wellspring Entertainment and follow these directions.
1.  At the bottom of the page, click on the link " Click Here to Make Guest Requests for an Upcoming Event." 
2.  For the group name, type in "roshaniwilliamwedding" (all one word).  There is no password for this account.
3.  Type in the name of the artist or the song and then press the "search" button. 
4.  Once you find the song, press the "request it" button. 
5.  Check the "Guest Request List" at the bottom of the page to make sure that your song has been added to the list.

There is a bus service that provides round trip transportation from Miami to Gainesville.  It usually leaves Miami on Friday at 4:00 pm and arrives in Gainesville at 10:00 pm.  On Sunday, it leaves Gainesville at 4:30 pm and arrives in Miami at 10:30-11:00 pm.
